Employee have low morale and bad attitude. They are understaffed it seems but that’s not an acceptable excuse for being rude to customers. Food took forever but that’s understandable given the short staff situation.

The food is very tasty. There is an older gentleman who is most likely the manager and a very nice person. The younger guy working today wasn’t too polite when I asked for my drinks that were behind the counter and at an angle only the employees could reach. But the older gentleman made up for it by being polite and using humor about the situation. This location is better than most I’ve visited throughout Maryland.

Drive through doesn’t work, sat in the lobby for an hour waiting. 2 people working and the girl running the front is wearing a mask but doesn’t cover her nose and I can’t hear a single thing she says. Said 15 min wait but it’s been a hour. Worst restaurant, people order after me and got their food but still had to wait 45 minutes.

Slow service! You have to wait at the parking lot to get your order and it's not worth it. I ordered a wrap and it was nasty! It took 10 mins to get the order. The person who made it only put the sauce and pickles and the meat nothing special the chicken has a soggy crust. I will never coming back here. The management need to fire lazy employees or just closed this store permanently.

I’ve given this location chance after chance. After last night I will never return. After I ordered I was told it would be a 5 minute wait for chicken strips and was told to pull around to the door. Being pulled around is always the norm at this location. I patiently waited because there were only two employees working. 35 minutes later my food came out. I got home literally across the street on Meade and the fries or lack there of and biscuits were hard, sides were cold, and chicken strips were overcooked because they were dark brown in color and extremely dry. This is hands down the WORST KFC location I’ve ever visited.

Went inside and stood for 5 mins without anyone taking my or the person in front of me's order. Went back to my car and went through the drive thru since I heard and saw them taking the orders. Had to repeat myself several times for them to get it correct, then waited over 10 mins for someone to bring me my food despite being told that it would take 5 mins to cook the fillets.

Everytime I try to give this KFC 1682 Annapolis Rd Odenton, MD a chance...The staff customer service reminds me that I should stay away and not give them my business...The chicken was over cooked in old cooking oil...The chicken looked burnt...It's the worst...A District Manager needs to show up and do a cleansing

I’m pretty sure the mashed potatoes aren’t supposed to have powder in them and the gravy is watered down. the phone number they have listed on Google is a fax number so you can’t even talk to them unless you drive back. I’m calling for corporate and complaining.

No one is ever happy at the drive thru, and they rush the ordering process. Today I received a very disappointing meal make that three, and we wound up having to find something else. The food wasn't even edible.

Used the drive-through. Arrived at 10:45 to beat the lunch crowd, expecting freshly prepared chicken. It was obvious that my chicken was left over from earlier in the day and had been re-dipped to reheat it, or the cooking oil had not been changed in months: the breading was a dark brown mahogany color, and it tasted burnt.
