Kindled a new appreciation for Five Guys! I had been to another location before and was impressed with the burger, but offset by the price. I have since been on a mission to find the best burger, understand what makes burgers great, and understand a lot better now that Five Guys has an amazing thing going. - Double Cheeseburger: One of the best I’ve had and I have had a lot of them! Juicy, tasty, and high quality meat. The cheese was not fully melted, but everything else was spot on! I can see better now why they are popular. It is a GREAT VALUE for the price though it is a bit more expensive. Gastropubs I’ve visited are not this good and they charge more. - Service: Quick and a bit pressured, but focusing on efficiency. Their burgers take a bit longer to get, but it is so worth it! They make everything to order and you are not left with stale food. They were very clear whose order was up, too. - Atmosphere: The decor hearkens back to the 50’s, but is modern enough. The walls are littered with official magazine covers and articles reviewing their awesome burgers, displaying their pride. There isn’t a ton of seating, but enough. It’s not meant to be a long visit with a friend. Bathroom was clean and new, though the paper towel dispenser didn’t dispense very quickly. Visited on a Monday at 5:00-5:15 PM. Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses. There was enough when I stopped by, but it was filling up a bit. If it was full, there was still plenty of parking around. It would just be a bit of a walk.
Was our first time visiting Five Guys. I had thought it was a bit bigger than it actually is. They looked pretty full when we arrived, but we went in anyway. Just thought we'd make our order to go. Once inside after we placed our order there was a table available so we stayed. They have in shell peauts free of charge as soon as you walk in if you choose. They display their potatoes in the bags right in plain sight of the customer and have a sign stating where the days potatoes come from. I had the little bacon cheese burger with everything - It was DELICIOUS! May be the bestfast food burger I have had. It was hand patted, very good flavor beef, with the perfect amount of toppings. Accompanied by a nice handful of homemade fries and rinsed down with a milkshake. We live almost an hr away, and I can say we will make that 50 min drive to get another Five Guys little bacon cheeseburger!
This place or operator runs a great business. Always clean and very very friendly staff. The food is always amazing and I never leave here hungry. Side note the employees are very cool. Always welcoming and nice. Keep up the great workFood: 5/5
A single patty bacon cheese burger & small fries - $16 . Outrageously expensive. Yes, the burger is made to order and delicious even when cooked by college kids. Fries are soggy and definitely not the quality for > $4 . Bacon is no good. Strong smell of the oil fryer will not sit well after sometime. Every table in the store was used and nobody cleaned them until I told the staff and was cleaned after sometime. Understand the staff shortage. Overall, I would go to a local gourmet burger place than this one for the $$ , Adios !!
Don’t care what any bad reviews say. This location has A1 customer service. Was in the store around 8:20 on 7/17/24. Manager with the black shirt showed nothing but great hospitality and he was a super cool guy. Also everyone else in the store that evening were super nice and respectful. Definitely will keep coming back to this location.

I placed an order around 9:20 , the African American lady up front who took my order put bacon on my cheeseburger when I didn’t order bacon. We are allergic to bacon not sure where she got bacon from , would have ordered a BLT. Called around 9:45 to let them know. The guy answered told me “ he doesn’t know what he wants us to do about it “ and I told him the burgers are literally $12? Not sure why they didnt offer us to come back in and remake it? I will call back in the morning and like to speak to a manager. Cus not in this economy are you gonna do that lol.
Hard to believe they are even in business. Only two customers during a dinner rush at 6:30pm. That speaks volumes. I just went home and cooked a burger myself for about $5.
Visited Thursday 12/29/2022 First, I normally love 5 Guys burgers. They usually are great. The fries on the other hand are usually soggy or under cooked, although I do get a lot of them. I usually ask for well done but that's not an option on the app. That being said, the service here is not good. I ordered on the app @ 11:00am for a noon pickup and received an order confirmation. Exactly at noon, I walked in and no one was in line so I walked right up to the counter and they gentleman yelled to his team that I was here and directed me to the end of the counter where he said my order would be right up. I FINALLY received my food @ 12:23. I understand that there might be some amount of wait time upon arrival but 23 minutes?? I was left with 7 minutes to get back to work and eat. Additionally, this burger was thrown together. I could not even pick it up as everything just fell apart. On top of all that, $17 for a burger and fries!? I can get a better made burger from the clown & the king up the street for 1/2 the price and without the wait. I will not be coming back; at least not to this location. Clown show here...
This is pretty good fast food. And the burgers and fries were ready pretty fast too. The strawberry shake was smooth, creamy, and delicious. Love the amount of fries even with the little fry order. The staff was very friendly too. I do not know how they justify their prices though. The cost of the fries, burgers, and even the shakes seem a tad bit high.
