Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere here.  Lunch time gets busy quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.  Even though it's just burgers and fries, expect a larger bill than at other restaurants.  We ordered 2 burgers, 1 large fry and 2 small drinks and the total was more than $26.

Bacon burger was delicious. You gets lots of fries in the regular. All the toppings are free. Great deal.

So My son and our Soccer Team all decided to Come to 5 guys passing through Rapid City..  Ill give u its 9pm however this Location does not close till 10.  They literally tried to charge a 13 year old 20$ for 1 burger, 1 fry, and 1 drink.  Then I noticed they were not cooking us fresh food but using half and 3rd pattys that had been on the grill for who knows how long. When i contested the charge they refunded a 6$ charge and a 4 $ charge for what?? I still dont know. The boy never got his burger or his fries.  The Manager was visably upset. I absolutly love 5 guys food, I hate leaving a bad review.  The 5 guys in Cheyenne and in Casper are among the Best burger resturaunts in the entire country.  Do yourself a favor and Skip the Rapid City Location...

Love this place. My complicated burger is made correct each time! And it's always fresh!! 
Wish there was a drive through for those with peanut allergies though...

I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. They do two things, burgers and fries, and they are masters at it. Best fast food burgers in the US.
