I think Fuji Steakhouse is okay. If you're looking for a show while you eat, this is the place for it. But if you're looking for Asian cooking that transcends the sum of its ingredients, I would recommend other dining establishments in Rapid City before Fuji. I have ordered from both the fixed menu and had the hibachi prepared for me, and my opinion is that both are purely adequate. Fuji can be a great place to go with friends or family or in a large group. Anytime I'm looking for Asian-style cooking for myself or with one other person, Fuji is not on my radar. Decide why you want to go to Fuji before heading through the door.

Lovely environment. Sushi chefs no what they're doing! I got a very good looking and delicious roll. They're house salad dressing is my favorite.

I love this place. The food is always delicious. I could eat here every day. It's so expensive though. I guess you get what you pay for!

This place’s food is amazing! Only giving it four stars because our server was terrible not our cook but the lady that brought our drinks and apps. I had ordered a soup and salad and she had gave my soup to a lady in a different group at our table and I asked her for my soup finally after getting her attention multiple times and she tried to take the soup that was meant for me from the lady she accidentally gave it to, who was currently eating out of it!!!

Fuji is always wonderful. Our son really loves going there, he is only 2, and the hibachi chefs always let him try to catch the broccoli and one was very encouraging when our son said he wanted to be a hibachi chef!
