For my wife and I the atmosphere was what we were looking for in a quick dine out without the hassle of the kids. The food to say the least was amazing! We both had the Chicken Alfredo  and some drinks, this place was the perfect place to have them both. They have a tasty spin on it, seems like a creole style Alfredo without the super spicy touch added, just enough for us non-spicy lovers to enjoy. There was a waiter I believe her name was Catherine, she was older, I can’t remember exactly if that was her name but her customer service wowed both I and my wife. She kept us smiling during an unexpected wait and made us just feel comfortable. The drinks we had were both tasty and buzzing. HANDS DOWN If you want to have some of the BEST Chicken Alfredo in the city this is one of the place to go/order delivery!  Parking: At night parking is a little harder to find. Wear boots for the snow.

I’ve been coming here since 2018 and the food always been amazing! I had a birthday dinner here back in 2018 and the staff at the time was more than amazing! I moved away in 2019 and recently came back last week to have dinner. I want to shout out the bartenders that was there the night I was there. It was busy and the bartenders were on point!! The drinks was delicious. Also, your chef!!! 10/10!!!! I asked the bartender who made my food and they said his name was Noosey or Tre! He did a great job on the food. And lastly I was there today early afternoon and I got an Alfredo with Salmon and I asked who made it and they told me Rev! Shout to this great establishment and I enjoy myself every time I’m there which makes me keep coming back!!!

This place has really been disappointing as of lately. My teenage daughter tried to order food online but the website would not allow her to so we drove there since I live near. When we got there, it took them like 10 mins to take our order. Then  I watched a guy order one of the same things we had on our order after we’ve been sitting there like 30 mins and his food was sneakily taken to him in like 10 mins. by the guy working the register. That appeared to be one of my alfredo meals but I figured mines should’ve been coming out soon since our order was larger. During this time, I watched various people come in & out getting meals handed to them. It took them more than an hour to get our food after two staff members went back to the kitchen to inquire about our meals. Then I informed the manger and he cursed out the kitchen staff but they were not the problem! The front staff were going back to the kitchen taking meals to various people which I know took away from our order!!! We checked our food once we got it and the order was accurate but the portion sizes were smaller than I’ve seen them before! Not happy at all- no kind of discount offered for my inconvenience and if they keep this up, they will not be in business!!! Staff need to stop giving priority service to their friends and take care of people on a fair service basis!

Last night would be my 5th time being here, my review is based off me having a good experience 4 out of 5 times.. Food was great, always is. I come here specifically for the Salmon, Baked Potato w/cheese, & Fried Mushrooms! Kudos to the Chef! . I had Garlic Parm Wings & fries last time, that was good as well. Drinks were good, I had tequila sunrise! Service on the karaoke side is always amazing. The main side Service leaves a lot to be desired bartenders are always too busy to take your order and the ones who aren't act like they don't see you standing there waiting! The bathroom needs a LOT of attention. Was very dirty and did not smell good at all.

The worst potato skins I got today at five point Grill on 1219 of 2023 were cold hard and disgusting. The first time I got them they were good and hot enough chicken. The cheese was melted. I guess it depends on the cook who’s cooking in the back because this second time makes me not want to ever ever get them again.Food: 1/5

Met the owner today where I work and had my first Turkey rib. It will NOT be my last!!  Oh my GOODNESS!!  I absolutely will patronize this restaurant again!!  The food was AMAZING!!!Food: 5/5

Five point grill has become so unprofessional! I ordered food today at 5:30 and it was not ready till 8:10! I had other plans and missed my flight! Don't depend on this restaurant to prepare your food in a timely fashion! I know it’s Mother’s Day but this a becoming a regular  inconvenience! Inc Bistro across the streets has similar food I am going to try them next time! They were not even crowded! Broccoli was not done mashed potatoes was super dry, and lobster was cold! they did not give us our salads with our dinner either!

My son took me to 5 Points Grille for lunch and I did not know what to expect since reading all the reviews, but they exceeded my expectations as far as the service, meal portions and the food was exceptional. The chef did a fantastic job. My son was also satisfied with him meal. It is pricey, but well worth it. I would definitely recommend 5 Points Grille, because the food is great.

The food was amazing! Seasoned excellent I was very pleased with the food! But the brand of sangria they have is subpar I added Tito’s to doctor it up! Otherwise great vibes and great service!Food: 5/5

Older bar back/bartender very rude. He hung up on me when I called about my DoorDash order being incorrect. He wasn’t trying to be helpful at all just rude as if it were too busy to help. I get there and it was literally ONE customer. I simply asked him if he hung up and he started puffing up like he would do something.Then to make matters worse  once I received my new order  that stated my seafood and shellfish allergies on the ticket, my food had multiple shrimp in my fries. Very disappointed seeing that this is a place that I go to and eat from quite often. ******Pic is after I dumped some of the fries and shrimp out.
