Staff have terrible attitudes!  I've actually been hollered at because I say Vanilla iced coffee!  The correct way to pronounce their iced coffees. They say iced vanilla coffee and holler it back through the speaker. At times I've wanted to show them the McDonald's website so they see it's called Vanilla iced coffee but I just held my tongue. I mean think about what you are saying, they're iced coffees, why would you get mad and holler at someone for pronouncing the name correctly. I've drank them since they came out in 07', never have heard anyone except in Fayette say it that way. No customer should have to deal with any attitude from an employee at a fast food restaurant!!!!  I have recently started going to another McDonald's out of my way just to avoid going here because of the bad attitudes.

Went through the drive through and the wait was a little to long for receiving our food. And nothing was offered for having such a long wait. I was an assistant manager at a store in Jefferson county years back and I know how things should have went . Maybe they should work on their drive through times a little harder. But everything else was fine.

Just average, although that is an improvement from perhaps a year or so ago and prior.  The staff has improved a little bit with attitude and quality.  it's so refreshing to actually get some of the items you ordered through the drive through.
