I absolutely love this place. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. I had my hair done a few months back by Dawn. She did such an amazing job I had to go back! I’ve loved how she’s done my hair and she’s very good about showing step by step how she will doing my hair. I go in with an idea of what I want & she helps give suggestions and helps me tweak it so that I will get the best style/color for my hair.

I've been here three times, had my hair cut by two different people. Both were very good - though I particularly liked the first woman who cut my hair. The girl who does the waxing is phenomenal - very friendly and very good. It is a bit pricey but when you get a haircut you also get a head massage and they don't skip the shampoo like some other places do these days.

I love this place. I have been coming here for about 6 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Quite the opposite in fact! They pamper you the moment you walk in the door. They take your coat, offer refreshment, and get you to the back as quickly as possible. Everyone up front has always been great. The hair stylist Lindsay is AWESOME!! She always takes very good care of me. She knows what I'm looking for and isn't afraid to ask me questions if she isn't 100% sure. I can't say enough good things about her or this place! It always tough moving to a new town or in my case state, and having to find a new salon that you trust. I’m so glad I found Five. Kristen V. will make your hair amazing and Liz J. will make your skin gorgeous! Both of these ladies are super sweet and personable and took the time to get know me and what I was looking for in hair and skin care.

Great atmosphere! Stylists are very well trained and are responsive to schedule changes. They do a great job with appointment reminders and listening to the customer
