I agree with you hundred percent ! I have stopped there to pick up an eyelash curler one that runs on a battery and she couldn't of been more rude. Try the store at Eaglerun they're great! This woman should not be in a customer service position.

Every single time I go to this Sally’s there is some sort of issue. I went to the Sally’s on 168 and Maple to exchange a hair color. Told them I didn’t have my receipt on me. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. My luck they were out of the color I needed so they called this location and had it on hold for me. When I went there to exchange it they wouldn’t do it. Even when I explained the other store was going to. It’s an even exchange. Same brand. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. And a male manager here wouldn’t let me small child use their restroom once and was pompous about it. Avoid this location at all costs. Never again.

An elderly lady helped me. She was as unhelpful as a sea urchin and just as prickly. I would not recommend this store based on quality (or lack their of) of customer service.

The lady's there are womderful! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and always has what I need.

The old lady that has ginger hair is so rude. I walked in and she just looked at me. Then there was customers being checked out by her at the register and the child with the mom was trying to tell her the number for her Sally's card and she got mad and just asked the lady very abruptly and rude. This isn't the first time I've been here and experienced horrible service by this woman. My mother went in before and kept asking her questions and she rudly told my mom she doesn't know what she wants and walked away. She looks like she hates her job and takes all her frustration out on everyone. She's absolutely rude. Recommend not even going to this one and to another in your area.
