Been taking my cars here for years. They always do a good job at a fair price. Customer service is great. Recently took my Toyota van in and needed a water pump. Jim called Toyota and quoted me a price around $900, much less than the $1,700 the dealer wanted to charge. While talking with Toyota, Jim found this was covered under warranty. He called me back with the good news. Paid them for diagnostic and got the water pump for free at the dealer. I would hope most places would deal this honestly with their customers, but am not so sure these days. Thanks again Jim.

This place is great, I've had them do lots of work on lots of my cars. My food truck would not be on the road without them. They are always friendly and helpful, and their quotes are always honest. I've never had any issues with their repairs. My '68 Cadillac is in the shop right now, getting new tires, a new spare tire and rim, a transmission leak repair, new brakes, a rear axle repair, and they are upgrading my car with a new electronic ignition. Any time someone needs automotive repairs, this is who I recommend.

I went to get two new tires put on my car. Simple right? I was told it would take an hour and they would call me. I finally called three hours later and got "oh yeah its ready"...Which sounded a lot like "I have no idea whats going on". After paying and being told how well they take care of their customers while at the register, they finally located my keys and said I was all set.  When I got home I noticed that my finished rims looked like they been drug across the shop floor. All the edges were chewed up an missing the 8 coats of finish along with every lug hole looking like they used a jackhammer to tighten the lugs. chips and scratches every where! None of which they bothered mentioning at the counter while taking my 500 dollars. I have had tire put on two times before at other places with no problems. These people clearly have no idea what their doing and have absolutely no concern or respect for care of the cars in their possession.  I now have to pay 300 plus dollars to have my rims fixed. Very expensive lesson! I now have $900 invested in two tires....Be forewarned, GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

I replaced the water pump on my car and I didnt have time to put the timing belt back on my car, so I decided to take it to this place. This is the first time that I take my car to a "mechanic", I usually do all my stuff by myself. They told me that they needed to buy some parts to guarantee their work. When I went to pick up my car, my car was shaking!! they told me "You bent the valves" I was like, "I didnt even turn on the car after I installed the water pump". After aguing with JIM for like 1hr, I just left I couldnt take it anymore. This happened 2 weeks ago, this morning I opened my hood and I saw that 2 belts werent in place. I decided to take it overthere. All their mechanics were inspecting my car. This time I had a bad Harmonic Balancer. They didnt say anything the first time I took my car and now They want me to pay for labor again after they messed it up.

A $300 work now its like a $750 work, I should of done it myself or take it to another place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. Oh, by the way I ended up arguing with JIM today. He started punching the walls, throwing stuff, cursing. DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE. BAD MECHANICS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I Just read all this reviews, Next time ill read the reviews before taking it to another place.
