We have used Fix Auto four times in the past 16 months. (Teenage drivers.) They are a preferred collision repair center for many insurance companies. They have excellent customer service, and in each incident they delivered a completely restored car ahead of anticipated completion date. Love them, but hoping to not need to return to them for a long while.

Took over an hour to check me in, didn't even ask what I was waiting for even though when I walked in I checked in with my name to let them know I'm here to drop off vehicle. Only came here because insurance provider told me to. I won't be bringing any of my own business here. To other consumers who are thinking of coming here or if your insurance is directing you her: you might have better experience than I did, this place does have 3.9 stars out of 5, but they definitely didn't leave a good first impression on me and first impressions are everything to me. I lost over 3 hours of work and productivity today, thanks Fix it Auto!

Very good service, did a good job. I like the idea that you are working with one estimator throughout the entire process. It was great working with Elizabeth, she is very professional and through gave me a clear estimate and kept me informed every week.
As for the actual work my car  2018 Honda odyssey was damaged severely in hail storm. The roof, hood, windshield, quarter panel, all moldings were replaced. In addition the entire car was repainted. Excellent work done cannot even tell there was any issue on the car

Initial repair was decently quick but the quality was severely lacking. Had a door replaced and have been back 5 times due to issues. Electrical wires weren't harnessed correctly and came undone on 2 different occasions, a trim piece was broken and fell off, the window track was not properly installed the first time, and to wrap it all up, the door handle and lock cables jiggled free from their bracket leaving no way to open the door from the inside. That was just fixed and now the lock on that door can't be actuated electronically so the only way to lock/unlock that door is to reach over and do it by hand, which means it can't be unlocked from the outside. I've never seen anyone make so many mistakes on such a simple repair.
