This was my first time here and I had an awesome experience.  The people here were so nice and courteous.  My man Andy took great care of me in service.  i brought my SUV in late Monday evening and they told me they would not have a chance to look at it the next day,  They gave me a call the next with the problem and the best solution to fix the problem.  I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and I have never been treated this fairly and nicely.   I would definitely continue to do business with Five Star Chevy, Warner Robins, GA.  Thanks again Andy and team for the great hospitality

Had another great experience!!! My man Derrick Wright took great care of my wife and I., He was determined to make sure we were satisfied and happy with whatever choice we decided to make.  Derrick showed us multiple vehicles new and old and gave great details of all the new features each one had. We test drove multiple vehicles to find our comfort and we left with the car that best suited our family.  I just want to thank Five Star Chevy, and their staff for such a great experience, especially my man Derrick Wright for his hard work in dealing with my wife to make her feel happy about the purchase of our new vehicle.

A much better experience this time at Five Star Chevrolet. I have been looking for a nice used BMW 320. Five star on Watson had a low miles Charcoal 2015 BMW 320I with perfect black interior and a clean car fax. Car was prices $3000 below market price and I got a great deal. In the future I plan to purchase a new truck from Five star. The salesman Kevin Plumer is the guy to talk too.

Well they did it again! It's been two years since I first posted my review below.  The service and commitment to customer satisfaction has not changed one bit. Derek Thomas was ready to do whatever he needed to in order for me to get a new car I would love. Done. My 2018 Terrain Denali is an outstanding vehicle at a nice price. What I value: respect me as a person, listen to what I say I want, do what you say you're going to do, helpfulness and somewhat friendly never hurts. Derek does all these very well and I highly recommend you go see him if you need a new car. Thanks!

My husband and I were very impressed with this dealership. Reggie did an excellent job listening to my husband and working hard to get him into the car he wanted. Jason worked even harder to get us the number we needed to be at to make the deal work. If you're in the market for a new car you'd be foolish not to stop by this dealership and see what they have to offer you. When it's time for me to buy my next car I won't be going anywhere else! My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a truck from these guys last weekend and the customer service was phenomenal! It was by far the most enjoyable experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. From the first person that greeted us all the way until we drove off the lot were friendly and hospitable. Big shout out to Brad, Phillip and Josh!

I called about a truck that I had been looking for to meet my families camper hauling needs. I had looking online for several days to attempt to locate the best value. I located a truck at Five Star Chevy and posted an interest. I received a timely call back from Jason Carlson. Jason answered all of my concerns and invited my wife and I down to see the vehicle and put me in touch with Derrick Wright (sales rep) to help in the process. 
When we arrived on Friday afternoon Derrick and Jason had two vehicles available and waiting for us to look at. We were looking for a truck but Jason and I had also discussed the possibility of a commuter car for my wife as well. We test drove two trucks and one SUV and decided to make an offer on one of the trucks. Jason then offered another option on an SUV. This option seemed to be the best fit for our family. 
That said we walked away that evening happy wit our experience and in the process of purchasing two vehicles. Jason, Derrick and Trey the finance person were all very helpful and responsive to my families needs. 
We took the truck home that same night and came back the following week to get a hitch installed and pick up the SUV. All of this went off without issue and the five star team got us on our way within an hour or so. 
In the end I would highly recommend Five Star, Jason, Derrick, Trey and the Five Star team if you are looking for a new or different vehicle. They make you feel welcome and valued.
