We had the best experience buying our Clarity from Carlos and his team! Having been through a buying experience in our home town of Vidalia and a Ford dealership in Warner Robins (with out getting a car in the end) the experience with Hughes Honda was amazing. The team found the exact car We wanted, didn’t try to talk us out of the car we wanted and answered all of our questions. They made the process as easy as possible for us and went out of their way to ensure everything was ready to go when we came to finish the deal since we live an hour and a half away. The teams honesty, care and friendliness was outstanding and I would readily recommend them to my friends and family! I am looking forward to seeing them for maintenance and our future car purchase!

I showed up not really knowing what to get. I told the salesman, David Gelinas, what I needed. Just something for commuting to work and something affordable and safe for my two little girls. He definitely pointed me in the right direction and was able to satisfy my needs as a consumer. I leased an excellent reliable car at a great price and it was so easy. David and his sales manager were able to provide me with a great payment and excellent service. Real decent people. Not pushy or fake at all. Bottom line: It was easy. And at the end of the day everyone was happy.

I had an extremely great experience at Hughes Honda. Shout out to Stephanie and Kevon. They were beyond awesome. They made my first car buying experience super easy and stress free.

I had am appointment for 9:45am and arrived a few minutes beforehand. I left my vehicle because I have a light of a deployed airbag on. They were supposed to run a diagnostic and were fully aware of what the issue was. I called a couple of hours later and was told that it still had not been seen by the tech. I called at 3:30pm and spoke to someone who took my phone number and told me that all service associates were busy and I would get a call back. After an hour of not getting a call back I had my wife take me to pickup my vehicle. No one was apologetic and it took almost 8 hours to run a diagnostic on an issue that they already knew about. This will be the first and final time that I will use this location
