Great experience buying a new car here. I already knew the exact specifications on the car I wanted and Jessica Graham did a good job at hunting it down quickly. Despite some issues with test driving a car (a few batteries apparently had discharged in transit) she kept the whole process running smoothly and after some minimal negotiating we had an agreement the same day. I felt I got a fair price on both my trade-in and my new vehicle and would definitely recommend Five Star and Jessica to anyone looking for a new Ford.

I am now the proud owner of a new Ford Fiesta and couldn’t be happier with purchase and experience!

Tom Hicks was a responsive and thoughtful salesman.  He actually found ways to enhance the deal by $250 when it was already essentially done.  Not many salesmen would make that effort.  Based on online research he guided a neophyte car buyer to a fair deal.  I recommend Tom Hicks highly, a real pro.

Beyond great experience at Five Star Ford with Tim Denton and Thomas Hicks. As a first time car buyer it's an even more strenuous situation buying a car and having a ton of questions but Tim was there for all of them! It didn't matter what time I contacted him, even late at night, he always had a quick response with plenty of detail! He isn't lying when he says he will be there 24/7 to answer any and all questions! I went in last minute, spare of the moment, to make a deal on the car without notice/ an appointment and Tim was busy but made sure I still received excellent help with the sale through Thomas! Tim ensured Thomas was up to date on numbers we had previously talked about and Thomas did great at transitioning the deal and answering the questions I still had remaining before signing. There was no disappointment with either of them and the dealership did amazing as well with helping me find everything I was looking for and at the price I was looking for!! :) Definitely will refer friends and family looking to buy a new car!
