Scheduling was super rigid with them and then 2 hours before I had my appointment the painter called me telling me he would be able to get there and needed to reschedule and made me feel like it was my fault for me not being more flexible.

Although the paint job was done at a good price, fast and well the communication from the company was very poor making it impossible to know what to expect and when. I took a whole day off work to accommodate the paint job expecting to have painters at my house at 8am, instead they arrived at 7:40pm after being told "their on their way" over and over again throughout the day. I was told we would receive a 10% discount on the job for the inconvenience however it was not given to me. After billing me the wrong amount I was told that a refund of $100 was credited to my card, weeks later and I still see no credit. I was assured that someone would stop by to review the job and insure that it was done up to par but this has still never happened. I understand that things happen but working with this company has been far to much of a hassle to deal with again. We will hire another company for the remainder of the work we need done!
