I have used 5 Star plumbing several times over the last 10 years. It was always the same issue....burned up sump pump and drain pipe to the street clogged with tree roots. I have replaced my sump pump 5 times in 10 years. About 3 years ago, they told me that I probably needed to have the old pipe dug up and totally replaced. In February of 2016, they had to come out and unclog the pipe once again. So when I received my tax refund shortly after, I put enough money back for the re-pipe. In June of 2016, the pipe clogged again. 5 star came out and I told them I wanted to go ahead and schedule the re-pipe. The technician (Micah) looked at it and told me that I did NOT need to have that done. Instead, he "hydro jet" cleaned the pipe, installed a "work horse" sump pump and changed me over $1,000. To my dismay, I now have sitting water in my yard and the pipe is clogged. I called 5 star AGAIN. The tech that came out was unable to unclog it and told me the pipe is busted and I need to have my yard dug up and replace it. All to the tune of $2,000. I have called and was told to leave my number so STEVE the owner could call me. He never called back and when I call, he is never in the office. This is so frustrating. I have already spent over $3,000 with this company and they can't even stand by their work or have respect for their customers by returning a phone call. I am disgusted with 5 star plumbing and would not recommend them to even unclog their own ears. Classic case of a service industry preying on single females. Horrible.

I installed 2 new faucets, and I couldn't stop them from leaking. I heard a good review about 5 Star plumbing and have them a call. Brian came out the same day, and told me what I had to do to fix the problem. No charge. That's great service! Will be using them again if I have any plumbing needs. Thanks Brian!

I had Roto Rooter come out to replace shower cartridge, they quoted $250. While they where here they broke off the cartridge and said that I would now need a shower valve replacement, bringing my quote to $900-$1,200. I called 5 star they came out within half an hour of Roto Rooter leaving. They were able to remove the broken cartridge and replace, saving me aprovimatley $700-$1,000. Thank you Five Star!
