Travis was fantastic! Not only was he timely and cordial, he was able to figure out the root issue. I have had so many plumbers from other companies come to treat the result of the issue but no one has been able to figure out the cause until today. He took the time to make sure I fully understood everything that he was doing and he even made sure I knew what doors were still unlocked after he finished! Amazing service and an unbeatable price!! Will definitely be using Eco plumbers again and hopefully I get Travis!!

I'm going to lead with the only negative item: these guys aren't cheap. They quoted me 25% more than the competition. Ouch! I still used them for two reasons - overwhelmingly positive reviews, and the job we had done was big enough that we needed financing.

Now for the good.

1) They did a free on-site quote. Everything is done paperless, which means I got copies of everything in my email instantly. Adam did my quote, and he was very professional. He took time to ask questions, and gave me a range of options for the equipment replacements I needed. The final price did not deviate from the quote.
2) Brian and Nick showed up to do the work. They got me in a couple days after I called to make the appointment, compared to some companies taking over a week. They kept everything clean, worked quickly, and did a great job. I have confidence in the products they use - nothing cheap. When they were finished cleaning up, Brian took the time to answer any questions and Nick gave some friendly attention to my dog. They were nice guys who did high quality work.

Bottom line: if you don't have to worry about cost (or if the ability to finance is more important than the price) you can't go wrong with this company.

Eco Plumbers were very professional and on time. Completed the work and cleaned up. They did do a great job. The down side is the cost. They charged me $95.00 for a plastic drip pan for my hot water tank. The invoice said it should have been aluminum so when I called and asked I was told the plastic was actually more expensive, that they gave it to me cheaper!!  Really!!  $95.00 for a drip pan!!!!  If my tank had not already been leaking for 4 days I would not have used them. I’m Sorry but if you charge a customer that much just for the drip pan you are ripping people off!!

Travis was awesome! He took the time to listen to my whole issue and then quickly figured out the problem. 

He gave me a few different options and we ended up doing the repair right away! Thank you so much!

One suggestion... Do appointment confirmation and acknowledgment via text message. There phone calls aren't the most convenient.

Can't speak enough about our experience.  Sump pump died on us during the storms and water started showing up in the basement.  Thought about giving it a go on my own but didn't want to risk it.  We called Eco around 7PM and John was out by 9 that evening.  30 minutes later we plugged in the new one and it started flushing water out.  John was very informative, laid out multiple options with us, and did not push us to buy the more expensive products.  Will definitely use Eco again.
