These guys are the best. I was in total distress when I walked in. Having no phone for over a week is overwhelming. Best Buy and Verizon told me it would be over $200 place it because my phone was "unfixable". Brain took one look and said he could fix it.

If I can give negative stars I would but only based one this one interaction. I have nothing negative to say on the first interaction with Brian I had when I originally got my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed (glass and LCD screen). I returned tonight because my screen was having issues with responding to touch from time to time all weekend long. I interacted with an employee who i don’t even remember his name but was treated with such poor customer service. I was told at first that it was a glitch from apple. I advised this employee that before getting my screen fixed that wasn’t the case. The employee stated it was an off the market screen and stated they could change the screen. I simply asked if that would be the solution and he stated “it’s common sense that the screen wouldn’t be 100% compatible since it’s  off the market”. I advised him I wasn’t informed that and i was unaware. He proceeded to bicker back and forth with me on this. Then he moved to say he would put on the original screen back and I asked him if it would the my original screen and he stated yes along with a refund. He stated i should’ve took it to Apple. It took them some time to give me my phone with “original screen” when I received my phone I didn’t have the original screen that I walked in with on Thursday. As he handed me the cash he stated and I quote “I hope to never see you again.” I must say he needs to take a class in interaction with customer and maybe how not to lose his composure.

Addition: 
This morning I received a pleasant call from the owner apologizing for the experience I received last night at this location. He did everything he could to correct the situation and I do appreciate the call. I now feel like a valued customer.
