Have been trying for ever to get a technician to come and repair a media center and they  keep saying someone will contact you. Every once in a while they will answer and try to confirm a phone number or an address. Had one issue with one speaker that they had me wait for ever for a paart only to replace it and stop working shortly after. One tech that came had an issue programing the remote. Thought that should have been easy.

With bno being Very high and Equipment you expect someone to be at the store when they're supposed to open.  but they never are. This location is  suppose to open at 11 a.m. here it is going on 11 30 and they are still not open.

 they also don't return phone calls I left a message with the Gulfstream store a week ago asking them when they would be open 
and still nobody has called me back. So I took another chance this morning in driving down here.

im really surprised that this would happen with a high-end business like this.

Store was not open on time. Waited over 15 minutes and nobody showed up to open the store.
