The field of accounting can be intimidating to an outsider. We often don't know whom to trust, which questions to ask, or even whether we need an accountant in the first place. I called Fix-It because I liked the relaxed-but-professional vibe I got from them, and because the reviews on google gave me confidence. I had a series of lovely interactions with the staff, and their professionalism and competence were obvious. Best of all, they've been very straightforward with me about which of their services I need and which I can do without, and their explanations of how they see my situation and how they can help have always been clear, logical, and honest. I'm so impressed by them that I went out of my way to write this review on google, which is something I basically never do. That says it all!

After receiving notice of a Federal Tax lien I contacted Nancy at Fix-It Accounting. She pulled the court docs and reviewed my situation; she told me the situation didn't warrant her services, gave me some advice on how to handle it, which I followed. Less than a month latter I received a release of lien from the IRS. I called Nancy back to Thank her and find out if I could pay her for her help. She verified that the lien was released and told me I did not owe her anything. Nancy and her staff are the most personable and professional people I have every dealt with, part of me hopes some day I can retain her services and part of me hopes I never need her services. Thank You Fix-It Accounting!

Went in to get some advice on forming an LLC, came out with a new tax preparer! Nancy is approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about most aspects of business and taxes. The company will be my go-to source for all business accounting operations and tax returns moving forward. Do yourself a favor if you are dissatisfied with your current tax preparer or accountant; go see Nancy at Fix-It Accounting.

Save youself a lot of grief when it comes to avoiding the many scams claiming to reduce your tax debt! FixItAccounting is the real deal and Nancy Benet us so nice and she literally desolved all the stress & sleepless nights of worry I was having. They know their business and will lay it all out for you cutting out all the endless confusing documents the IRS is famous for dumping on you.
