I am traveling to CA from Florence OR and my A/C stopped working! I google repair shops and they advertised A/C repairs. I spoke to Alex and he seemed knowledgeable and made no promises. It ends up I need a new compressor and possibly more. They fit me in that day and even had 2 part options, new or remanufactured. They dumbed it down enough so I could make an informed decisions. What luck to have found the best repair shop in town on the first try!  Thank you Alex and Lilly!!!

Alex and the team at Fix N Go are absolutely amazing! I operate a small used car sales business and I do a lot of repairs on a variety of vehicles. Alex is hands down the best diagnostician in the area! Plus it's great to deal with a family run business that values ethical behavior. I can always trust Alex and his team to do the right thing for the right reason.

I was so impressed with my experience. Alex was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. As a woman getting repairs to my vehicle, I couldn't have been more pleased. Alex made sure I understood the repairs necessary and took the anxiety of car repair away. My car is my office and without it I don't work. He made sure I was back on the road in a reasonable time. It is clear to me that customer service is of utmost importance to him. I highly recommend  Alex Shannon and Fix N Go for all your automotive repair needs.

Awesome customer service! I called several other shops in town and explained that I was on a long trip and needed some help today. None of them cared. Then I called Alex, who said to bring it right over. He listened to me, treated me with respect, diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had me back on the road within a hour. Thank you, Alex!

I've been dealing with Fix N Go for sometime now, and have found them to be reliable. If told that my car is in need of something, I can believe them, for they honest, and will not lie. Because of this I will use no other.
