On December 30, 2017, I stopped in to see if there was availability for an oil change. As the shop would be closing early in observance of the holiday, I was assisted in scheduling an appointment for my service the following Saturday. I received an appointment confirmation message as well as a reminder text in the days leading up to my appointment. When I arrived, I was quickly welcomed and assisted, my car back in my possession with a clean bill of health 30 minutes later. I was advised of service specials and what I may expect to need for service in about a year. Another customer in the waiting area even mentioned to me he only brings his Jeeps to this location because of the expert knowledge they have about that make of auto. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Best shop in town for tune ups and oil changes. These guys are honest and upfront. Good prices and friendly. Your car is safe here.

I have always been satisfied with the service and integrity of the people at Midas in Medford. They do not try to "upsell" to me and advise me if my vehicle has any needs but never pressure me or exaggerate the condition of my car. Several times after an oil change and checkup, they tell me that my car has no additional needs. I appreciate their honesty and will continue to do business with Midas. I recommend them to everyone.

So I went into Midas to get my alignment done where they told me they couldn't because my tie rod and upper and lower ball joints were busted. I didn't have a problem with that until he gave me a price of $9000 to fix it. Labor alone was going to be around $450 and sometimes I can see that. The parts also $450 that's ridiculous. I just got back from the auto store and bought them myself I paid $62 for all three parts upper lower and tie rod. I called Midas to ask why their prices are so jacked up and where they buy their parts from they buy them online. And the only thing they can tell me is that they have a Midas guarantee. That's funny because for $62 I just bought all three parts with an AutoZone's lifetime guarantee on the parts. Make sure you do your homework before working with them a simple oil change fine but make sure you look up how much those parts are really going to cost you. I'm just going to do it myself
