Horrible bank. Horrible customer service. Even cashing a paycheck is a long wait and huge hassle. Do NOT recommend this bank.

Horrible bank! They illegally overdrew $36 from me, they told me they would only take $36 from me if I go over 10 dollars but I owe $42 now proving that I was only negative 6 dollars!!! I will be filing a lawsuit on Tuesday so anyone with an account here needs to get a new bank ASAP!! Unless you wanna go broke

This was the first bank that I used when I moved to Jackson, and I am very pleased with the service. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
