Great staff!!! Super helpful. A different kind of banking. You are not treated like a number or a next in line. The staff gets to know you and it is more comfortable banking with them. Former Chase customer, once I seen the service Flagstar provided my wok, it was not long before I was member of the Flagstar family. Danielle is the best.

The staff knows me by name. They're very informal; letting me know what my options are with my account. The always greet me with a smile. I wouldn't trade banks if you paid me to!
