Very Rude Staff and big attitudes , I was told I could not enter the store with my coffee, however, dogs are absolutely allowed into the store.  Think about this, folks, Dogs which are animals (Not Humans) and unpredictable have the run of the store, and a grown mature man with a coffee in his hand is treated like a child.  I think its time Flashbacks reconsiders their store policies. You just lost several customers and I'm not letting my kids shop at your business anymore . Such a let down and a disgrace. This almost feels discriminate.  Shame on you guys.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Got incredibly ripped off seeking my clothes here this past week. The two girls sifting through my clothes were the types of girls that give hipsters a bad name. They had a repulsive arrogance to them and they spent the majority of the time I was in there bad mouthing their coworker. They took about 27 pieces of clothing from me and I walked away with $100. Considering a lot of the items were unworn and from brands like Free People, I should've walked away with a lot more than that. They didn't tell me how much they were marking each item for, or go over anything of that sort with me, they just tagged each item and handed me something to sign at the end. The final bill made no sense. When I asked them how much they marked a Free People embroidered jacket for they reluctantly looked back in the pile and said $25. I politely asked them if I could have that item back (they seemed so bothered by this) and somehow it only made a $5 difference in the check they gave me. This jacket is worth $200 retail. They said they do half the retail price, then take an extra 30%. If that's the case, how the f*** would I only get $5 for it?? I should've taken all of my stuff back and sold it online. I will never sell or buy from this store again. I highly recommend selling your stuff online at places like Poshmark if you actually want to get a fair price for your unworn clothing that isn't designer labeled yet ain't cheap either. I feel so ripped off. I'm scared to even walk in there and see what they're actually selling my clothes for because I know it'll make my blood boil. AVOID THIS PLACE. And to the owner/manager of Flashbacks, you should hired friendly honest employees if you want people to continue selling and shopping here.

Extreme rude experience there, the cashier was very pushy and tried forcing me to buy for something that was clearly too small. Had really high expectations going in and I'm very disappointed.

I used to absolutely love this store until recently. Service is extremely bad, and the workers are rude. My sister and I have tried to sell slightly used clothes and even new clothes with the tags still on, followed by a reply that they would not take anything based on condition. I tried both the Encinitas location and the Carlsbad location and somehow the same girl proclaimed she could not take anything. Then when my sister went to purchase something this same girl went to check if my sister had changed the tag on the clothing item she was about to purchase. Needless to say I will never go there again. Sadly they do not care for their customers.
