Great store overall and the staff are efficient! Michael was awesome in helping me to shop for snowboard gear for the first time and made it a wonderful experience. With his expertise he tailored my gear to fit my needs. Each time I come in I'm met with the same helpful energy. I'm sure I will be back in the store soon to do more shopping. 😃

Worse service I have ever experienced! I went to return some snow gear because the person it was for had a car accident and had to cancel the snow trip. I showed the receipt and right always noticed that this store doesn’t like returning articles, everything was bought within the return time limit and cash, but I didn’t receive the money back because the mentioned not having cash ($400). After what seemed an extremely long conversation about this, we came to the agreement that they would call me as soon as they had the cash. 3 days have passed and still no call. I am guessing they are waiting for the expiration return date to have another excuse.

After shopping all day at the Temecula Mall for my daughter's shoes, we could not find the right size/style. We stopped at Active for one last stitch effort. First of all, the store is big and roomy without being crowded. There was plenty of friendly staff that was willing to cater to our every need. Michael, the sales rep, was a tremendous help! He was patient, friendly, and respectful; he even gave feedback and made suggestions when my daughter was indecisive. They didn't have the right size in stock so Michael called several stores to have them shipped over. He called me when the shoes arrived, as promised. This is the best customer service I have had in years, I truly felt valued. Thank you Michael, because you are so amazing, I am an Active shopper for life!

This place is great, I've bought every single one of my decks there active decks are the best, they are a great company, I really appreciate what they do for the local skateboard community, there active decks are fantastic very good and last a long time, I definitely recommend checking this skate shop out.
