I needed a pick up from LAX with a car seat for my visiting family. After doing research online I came across Flat Rate.  Since it was my first experience hiring a car service, I was a little nervous.  When I called them, Tim the dispatcher was very polite and helpful with my questions and concerns. After speaking to Tim, I felt confident about Flat Rate. They surely did not disappoint. The driver was waiting for my family with a sign at LAX. My family was very happy with the driver. He was courteous and very friendly. Next time I need a ride, I know who to call. Thank you for your great service!

I always use Flat Rate Car Service whenever I need a ride to LAX or Burbank Airports. They are the best in business. Always on time, friendly employees, and affordable rates! The most thing I like about Flat Rate is their rates are fixed and flat as their name. So, you do not have to worry about any extra fees or surcharges. I hope they will keep providing the great service so I will keep using them!

I highly recommend Flat rate car service to anyone looking for reliable limo service in Los Angeles. I have been using for while now. Drivers are always on time and nice!  Their rates are very competitive and fixed! Excellent customer service!
