Mike came out when we had a late night emergency. Water overflow from the upstairs bathtub had set off downstairs smoke alarms, and we were afraid that the water was into the wiring and could cause a fire. Mike came out immediately and inspected the wiring, assuring us the electrical was safe and we were not in danger of a fire. He had good advice for next steps to take on handling the water problem as well. He has a friendly, helpful demeanor and puts customers at ease, which is especially helpful in an emergency situation. Professional, capable and friendly- we will always use Flat River electrical, and will recommend them to everyone we know!!

Mike and Flat River Electric staff have done numerous projects to our home. Some include- generator hook up installation, new electrical panel, updating wiring every room in our house as we remodeled just to name a few. We greatly appreciated their up-to-date knowledge on new wiring trends with can lights, LED lights, placement of outlets etc. Flat River Electric were prompt, professional and worked with our schedule. Mike and staff have went above and beyond our expectations!

Very happy with the fast friendly service. Mike came out late on a Sunday to fix a problem with some wiring that couldn't wait. Will definitely be calling again if any other work needs to be done.

Mike worked on some wiring on our house. Did a fast job - reasonable rates. Everything works.

We had a situation where the ground wire from consumers went bad and fried our water softener and furnace. The first time I had them out they were very quick to respond and spent a lot of time trying to help diagnose the problem. When we realized the furnace went out they came back and made sure that we understood what was going on which was awesome as we are first time home owners. A few days later we were told by the furnace repair company that there wasn't power going to the furnace which was contradictory to what flat river had told us originally. I contacted them with this issue and offered to come out free of charge to prove that what he had said the first time as right. While he was here he also helped out with some other minor issues after looking further into what the issue could be. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and has earned out business for as long as we are in the area! Couldn't be happier!
