Professor Steve did an excellent job repairing the two toilets, although the one only needed a red seal and a replacement fill valve.  It is still rather loud but working just fine.  The other one required internal "organs" , a new supply valve, and an in-coming valve.  That one now has a perfect handle on any situation. The cost was higher than I expected, but he was here for FOUR  hours, and as other customers noted, he did a thorough review of most sinks, suggesting upgrades: PVC pipes, future water tank with an extension, water softener, protection plan, etc.  He was very thorough and answered all of my many questions and concerns.  Who does that these days? Great! I would not hesitate to recommend him and your company to others and will be using your services again, probably sooner than later.  My only suggestion is to maybe do the required repair for an anxious customer and then schedule an examination of the rest of the home and potential expenses on a separate visit.  I had my head in that toilet tank for 3 weeks, trying to repair it, and was rather stressed out by the time Dr. Steve produced the royal flush!  Thank you!

After having a drain pipe in our kitchen explode from the pressure of a clog and plunger I called many businesses, Service Professor was the one we trusted the most. And boy were we not wrong in that choice. 

They sent an email and text that had the service providers name and photo so we would know  who was going to be working in our house. he did a clean and quick job even though there was some complications due to a major clog he still kept the quoted price even though there was extra labor with a rooter.

My wife was amazed at how great he was with our 3 children as they watched what he was doing. If I ever have another problem they will be called for sure.

Thanks for the amazing job Service Professor. We appreciate the quick response and amazing work. Jim was very friendly and would receive 10 stars if we were able to do that.

Service call was courteous and professional. A technician was scheduled to arrive the same day in the afternoon. About 30 min later, our technician called and asked if it was okay to come right now because he finished a job earlier than expected. If you need any plumbing work completed, I recommend Jim H. Big box home improvement warehouse couldn't go through with their completion to install our dishwasher, so Jim did. He also stopped a leaky faucet in our bathroom. Price was fair for the labor, material, and quickness and cleanliness of completion.

Jim Haynes was my technician. He and his apprentice Devon were very professional. They greeted at the door with their floor mat and their boot covers. Very caring of others property. The looked over my water heater and saw it was time for a replacement. Jim walked me through the problem areas on all the units. He went out to his truck and wrote up a few options for me. Came back. Explained a payment plan with Service Professor and Synchrony Bank. Also explained the Protection Plan and how it will benefit me over the course of everything in my house. Jim and Devon went to work and completed all work. They were neat and clean. My mechanical room is cleaner then it was when they found it. Jim walked with through the new system and the emergency shut off valves. Jim is the ideal team member that any business should model. You can tell he love what he does and is loyal to the SP brand. I will continue to recommend SP to others. Keep up the great work team!

Service Professor was very professional from start to finish.  Very reasonable cost to do a drain cleaning of roots.  Then there was the bigger problem of repairing the clay pipe that would continually have root issues.  They recommended a sleeve lining, but a pipe burst option would much cheaper per other companies.  After discussing with the plumbing manager (Paul) and president (Brad) and hearing their concerns that there was still a potential for root issues out by the street to creep in, they did quote it (very reasonable only a bit higher than the cheapest bid) and left the decision to us.  We went with the pipe burst and the guys performed very well the day of the job.  Very punctual, hard working, explained the process to me, let me take photos and put in a good 11 hours to make sure it got done that day.  Had a 3" rainfall event come in shortly thereafter and no issues - so I was quite pleased.  Thank you!
