I love that the Fleet Feet team stands behind their products and is committed to finding you the exact shoe you need. They will go the extra mile to order what you need if it is not in store. They have a great selection and great staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my athletic shoe needs

Best experience I have had buying shoes. They measure your feet and check your gait. I have not had my feet measured in over 35 years. The shoes fit like a glove. I will be telling others about Fleet Feet Sports and recommend them. I also was pleased with the cost.

It's geared towards runners. Expert service in fitting shoes. Ability to return with no questions if shoes don't fit properly. Been running in new Brooks for 2 weeks and it's like running on air. I will definitely return to Fleet Feet on Carter Hill Rd. Thanks!

The customer service was awesome. I had a great experience with the associate. I love the fact that he took the time to measure my feet and gave me options on which sneakers to purchase. Please check it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Loved working with the person who helped me find my shoes (I forget her name - she wears a Garmin watch, though). She got me into a great pair very quickly and, after I told her that I wasn't interested in other things that day, she didn't try to push it any further. I know that generating sales is important for a business, but ironically, she did a great job generating future sales since I know I can come in and get exactly what I need and get out. I'll be in in the next few weeks to pick up some running shorts/shirts.Thanks again!
