This is a sorry good for nothing place to do business.  If you can go somewhere else please do so.  These people and crooked and shady. If your late on a payment, they don't care till you get close to paying off the car. Once you owe less than 1800 on the car they do everything they can to take the vehicle from you so they can resale it and make more money. Avoid this shady place at all cost.

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!
The sales person was very rude and looked us up and down and did not even want to answer any of our question about the vehicles on the lot. I will never ,ever recommend anyone to ever purchase a vehicle from Fletcher's unbelievable!
Needless to say that we took our business elsewhere!
HORRIBLE!
!!!SIDE NOTE FLETCHER'S!!!!
NOT EVERYONE WHO COMES TO YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS IS BROKE,WITH BAD CREDIT. SOME PEOPLE HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY A CAR STRAIGHT OUT WITH CASH!

We have purchased more than 5 vehicles at Fletcher Auto Sales in the course of 10 yrs. The great prices, wondeful service and smiles we receive have my family and friends returning again and again. Unlike any other car dealer in the CSRA!
