We've been coming here for about 6 years now. Staff are always friendly and the hotel always has something newly renovated it refurbished. We always stay in the late summer/early fall and it's generally quiet after the weekend.

After looking at all great reviews I was excited to book this hotel. After a full day of work and a 3 hour drive I was greeted by a closed office. Called the number displayed on the door, the guy came to give us the keys after 20 minutes. I wouldn't be that upset if the guy wasn't so rude and obnoxious. Nice way to greet your customers. It would also be nice if it was mentioned somewhere on the website that the office actually closes during the night.

My family and I have been coming here since 2011. We wouldn't go anywhere else in wildwood or the crest. If we couldn't get the rooms we just wouldn't go. We have stayed at different hotels and this is the greatest. It is spotless and very accommodating. I would give it a 6 star rating on a scale where the highest is 5.

Location is great; right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. Rooms are small, but that's to be expected for motels in the area. Service was fine, no complaints. The pool is nice.

Cleanliness and friendliness! This was the cleanest beach hotel/resort we have stayed out. And it was truly clean, without a heavy fragrance. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck above the pool. We would stay here again if we come back to Wildwood Crest.
