This is the only place I will stay when visiting the Jersey Shore! Beautiful grounds, good food, and always treated like VIPs by everyone in the staff.. They will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable! I enjoy going there in the off season... It never feels like a hotel but a home away from home, I can't wait till my next visit!

Yesterday we stayed here for a wedding in Avalon. Upon arrival even though there was about 15 guests ahead of us in line checking in went fast and smooth. Once we got to our room it was perfectly cleaned, nice spacious and welcoming. We settled in took showers and left for the wedding around 5:00PM. Around 6:30I received a voicemail from front desk informing me that we/I had left the flashers on and parked our car. Carrie Ann at the desk said that Maintence tried to see if doors were open and turn them off but it was locked. The wedding was at Avalon Country Club it’s not that far away but round trip would of had me missing 1.5 hours of reception and a uber ride of $75 both ways. I called back Carrie Ann at front desk and asked her to go into my room the keys were in nightstand and if she could turn off my flashers so that I would not have a dead battery, she did it without hesitation and when we got back to room my keys were in exact same spot as I left them. My wife and I are looking forward to renting here this summer. Thank You again Carrie Ann

Stepping into Icona Avalon is like stepping into another world, where people are kind and respectful and like their jobs. The front desk greeting, a smile, competent service, no problems, only solutions, set the tone nicely. Everywhere we sat, worked, ate or slept in this hotel felt calming and soothing. Honestly, they've got the right stuff here. When you leave you feel ready to tackle real life again. It feels like a luxury home, with both respect for privacy but also warm welcome. Just say yes and you will be the next one writing a review.

Wonderful. Very high quality renovation. Great attention to detail. Highly recommend. Staff was very responsive.

Check in was great the person checking me in last night was very sociable and knowledgeable of the area! Room was spotless, beds were really comfortable!
