Driver did not know where he was going. He was speeding and watching a movie on his phone while driving. Tried to get more money  than the dispatcher said it would cost. Driver was rude also. I would not recommend these ppl to anyone, horrible service. I was afraid he was going to crash because he was going so fast and looking at the movie.

Wow!! I honestly can't even give them any stars. Plz understand that this is not an observation from one occurance, but several throughput the years. I typically don't have to use cabs, but I've had to do so in the past three months due to medical appointments. First off they were retained several days on advance and given all of the particulars. They never showed. Upon calling the male dispatcher was extremely rude and condescending. Then they lied.They are Absolutely Horrible and should be out of business. I really feel bad for the elderly that rely on them because I KNOW how they are treated. Sad. They are way more expensive than the other cab companies in the area and uber, not to mention they are more expensive. The cabs are ALWAYS dirty and they smell horrible...... Don't use this cab service. You absolutely WILL REGRET IT..... Everyone is not wrong..... Don't do it!

Nasty dispatcher rude. Didnt even tell me how long they would take then said the cab was waiting for me for 5 mins. Now im late too work still tryna find a ride. F that rude ass dispatcher.
