Dr. Ebert and Dr. Schaefer have both seen my shy cocker spaniel and both ladies have been beyond patient and gentle. They took their time with him to make sure he warmed up to them before starting their exams every time. They kept detailed notes and remembered what to do every time to help my pup feel comfortable and not scared. Both of them have gone out of their way to educate me on things like how to clean his ears and had me practice with them in the exam room so they could help me. The ladies at the front always greeted my dog by name and were always very friendly and kind. We just moved away from the area and they will be hard to replace!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. When Dr Lewis was our vet it was a great place to go, but something happened to her so she is no longer there and now it's garbage. Dr Shaffer is just right down mean and inexperienced, she shaved our Malamute to draw blood, after we told her not to because you're not suppose to shave them, and then she figured out that she didn't have to shave him just to draw blood and got mad and yelled at my wife and was handling our dog very rough. By far the worst vet I have ever seen. This place is complete trash, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
