Love this clinic! They are always professional and friendly! They treat me and my fur babies like we are part of the family. The doctors are very knowledgeable along with the staff. It appears they don't have a high turnover rate since it's always the same friendly faces when I walk in the door.

Vet's here are very nice. Our two kittens don't mind this place too much. Reasonable prices and will get you in and out with your pet healthy in a timely fashion.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. I absolutely love both of the vets and their staff could not be more friendly. I would not take my animals anywhere else. I would give them more stars if I could!

Went to have cats spade and general chalk up, left without even seeing a vet, very rude office staff. Not recommended.

My experience at this vets office was deplorable. Dr. Gainer performed a fatal leg amputation on my dog. Immediately after surgery, I was told by Dr. Gainer that the vet's office would pay for the cremation. I did not realize I would be charged an astronomical amount of money ($1474.00) for the unsuccessful surgery. I was devastated and could not bring myself to pay such a large bill without first talking to Dr. Gainer. When I called Dr. Gainer, I expressed that I was surprised and upset by the amount of this bill-especially since my dog had passed only seconds after he administered a shot of pain medicine. Dr. Gainer immediately became incensed that I had questioned his authority and told me I was only a hairdresser and I did not have a clue about his business. He then told me I was responsible for the entire amount, and if I did not pay it, he would add the amount of the cremation to the surgery bill and turn me over to collections. I have never been treated in this way by a so-called professional in my entire life. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any business, let alone a place where animals and people should be loved. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else!
