I purchased an expensive Armasight thermal rifle scope ($6000) that was supposed to include a number of accessories (all listed in the description) but mine arrived​ missing half of these important items. I contacted Optics Planet & they sent me to the manufacturer for help. Armasight (Flir) company said the retailer was at fault & to get help there. Over a year I called and emailed both companies multiple times telling my troubles & asking for help getting what I'd paid for, but both of them failed to get me my accessories & just blamed each other, leaving me without. Finally the manufacturer said they'd give me a discount of 15% to buy the accessories I was supposed to receive originally with my 6K purchase! (Very generous...in fact, it was insulting!) After this I'd NEVER recommend buying from optics planet or armasight flir products! It is a big loss to them both with much of my family & many friends in military and law enforcement & sporting who would have purchased much on my recommendation!
