I am very happy with the product but will warn you-I had extra material--customer service was poor, very complicated to make a return. Needs a better system. Had to contact them numerous times--put on hold one time for over half hour. Something is not right there.

I drove to the Boynton Store after the store in Pompano did not have what i wanted. They called the Boynton Store and they had the item in stock. I was greeted as the store opened by a really nice man who welcomed me in and out of the cold and rainy weather. He was so terrific and smart and knew his inventory. Turns out he was a manager, Pierre. I had read many reviews prior to going to this store......but i was so pleasantly surprised. They had everything that I wanted and every person that I came into contact with was more than nice and more than helpful.....especially Pierre. Thanks a million for making my shopping experience so great..

**As an update to my previous review below, I have to admit that their corporate office has excellent service recovery. After an unfortunate experience in Boynton, I spoke with a representative from their Atlanta office named Wendy--she was very accommodating and professional and helped me get the remaining pieces of tile for my bathroom. She was great! Thank you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This place has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I was told by the West Palm location that the Boynton Beach store had the remaining pieces in stock I needed to finish my bathroom, so I ordered online to "pick up in store the same day" at the Boynton location. Days later, they still claimed they did not have it in stock and it was coming from the Pompano store the next day. Called the next day only to be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and still no order and no one could tell me when they would have them in stock. I asked if it could be sent to the WPB store and they said NO. I asked to cancel my order and they first refused to do so, telling me I had to come to the store which is a 40 minute drive. After multiple phone calls and being put on hold for hours upon hours, not able to speak to anyone that knows anything, I finally spoke to a manager who agreed to refund my order over the phone. She claimed she sent a confirmation e-mail and I never got it. The next day I called AGAIN, to ask for the confirmation be sent again, waiting 30 minutes on hold AGAIN, after being transferred to 3 different people only to find out they could not find my refunded order but someone would figure it out and call me back. Finally, someone did look into it and sent it to me. If you order from this store, you are ion YOUR OWN. Do not expect to get any legitimate answers or assistance over the phone or in the store there is never anyone available for assistance. If you can find what you need, order extra because it will more than likely be out of stock if you need more in the future!

Warning warning warning! !!!!!! Do not use the installation company (chris burke inc) for your installation needs, he does not pay his help.His saleman chris that sits in the store is rude , eats donuts all day at the table.which is not very professional. As far as his contractors they are supposed to be background checked and badge which they are not because they are undocumented.there is a reason hss the (home service center) requires background checks to protect the consumer,.His contractors have been stealing customers material to return to the store for store credit in which they use for there own jobs that is fraud and theft. There is more which I will be going to floor decor corp and hss corporate with .

Our family went into Floor and Decor tonight to find flooring for our living room and bedroom. Zee helped us and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he extremely nice, but he was extremely knowledgeable and very eager to help. He approached us and asked if we needed help and helped us to the end. He also helped us for about 30 minutes to try and find tile for our bathroom. We ended up not buying tile for the bathroom today, but we will definitely be back to see Zee. Thank you so much for your help, it was greatly appreciated!
