The local store has no control over returns.  $600 restocking charge for an item THEY could not deliver!!!!  Been fighting this for 2 months now and the store people agree with me but everything is done thru the home office with zero customer service.  OH and I'm still waiting for the credit.  WHAT A NIGHTMARE.  DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased patio furniture from Modern Homes 2 Go 3 1/2 years ago when I bought my home in Boca Raton Florida. I decided to call MH2G because I dropped my table and broke the glass top on my patio and adjacent to the swimming pool. I spoke with Nicole at MH2G who was very diligent in ensuring that I would get the  proper glass measurements and the best price possible from an outside vendor since my patio table is now a discontinued item. Nicole checked her own warehouse and two other vendors, simply to help me find a reasonable solution.  She called me several times to update me. 

 I arrived at the store late Tuesday afternoon and was greeted in a most friendly fashion by both Nicole and Mike. My reason was to provide them with a credit card, in person, for the vendor she was linking me to.

 All I did was sit on a patio couch and it was all over! I purchased a new ensemble, including chase lounges, tables, chairs, couches and pillows.  Had Nicole not gone out of her way, this would've never happened. They also gave me a very handsome discount and assured me that everything would be delivered in a punctual fashion as they had done before. As far as I am concerned, based upon the selection, price, customer service and friendly attitude, it's the only place to purchase patio furniture in South Florida!

So far I have purchased four pieces of furniture from this company, and I love them all. Marlene, who is the sales representative at the Ft. Lauderdale location is phenomenal. She will help you with interior design, and also call to check to see if you like the furniture. Even the delivery guys were great. You can't go wrong with MH2GO

Julissa , the owner ,and Martha  met wth me and my wife to plan the interior design elements of our newly renovated home. Her assistant, Martha was our first point of contact on our initial visit to the Fort Lauderdale store. Martha was not pushy, but instead asked us questions and showed us various items in the showroom. During the design phase, the team kept us updated of our options. Martha has been absolutely fantastic and professional in getting the quote and proposal ready for our review. She was available to answer my questions and to give me additional information whenever we spoke. We are very happy with everything MH2G did and continue to do for us!
