The best by far. I've never been disappointed, always so flexible and convenient! 12/10 Never been so impressed. I went to another floral shop that ruined my flowers, nothing like I wanted. These guys let me come in same day and helped me design as they made it in front of me. Absolutely love it.

First rate, personal service from the owner of this shop. Late in the afternoon after my uncle died, I ordered 2 arrangements for same-day delivery to two locations in Idaho Falls. Neither recipient was home, and because of wind, freezing temperatures, and animals; instead of just leaving the arrangements on the porch, a note was left at each home and the arrangements were redelivered early the next morning, with a follow-up call confirming delivery. Outstanding, thoughtful service and the arrangements were beautiful!

If you want the best quality flowers in the most beautiful arrangements, order them from Floral Art. This is the only florist my husband and I use and neither of us has ever been disappointed. I would give them 50 stars if I could!

Your safest bet for getting flowers from this location is to order them face-to-face. This ensures what you will receive. I ordered a $75 arrangement from an online flower site for Valetines Day for my wife. They were delivered promptly today, a week earlier than I scheduled. I appreciate the prompt service & all, but not when it comes to Valentines Day & the fact my "master plan" to win the Husband of Year was thwarted. Additionally, the flowers were a disgrace. I fully understand some substitutions are expected & the buds will open up, etc... But theses were depressing & not what I expected. I do not doubt this is an isolated event & not what you should expect as the norm. Order at this location on-site. See what you are getting & go from there.
