Expensive.   Pretty arrangements.  My fiance ordered flowers for delivery to me: they spelled my name wrong and got the address wrong, called me to get the correct address (instead of calling him, it ruined his surprise), then called me again to ask me to come downstairs to get the flowers from the van so the delivery driver wouldn't have to go up one flight of stairs.
