Well gosh as the owner I have to say it is a wonder small town flower shop. Need to come on in and have the Hill's Valley experience. There is a "little bit of this and a little bit of that" to quote Carlos Santana. Every Bouquet every time! Looking forward to serving you.

Hills Valley Floral went above and beyond to make my Mother's memorial service peaceful, beautiful, and personal; far surpassing any expectations I could have ever imagined. While everyone else we called did not have even the basics to make what was displayed on their website, Hills Valley floral was fully stocked and able to provide a beautiful selection, on very short notice. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Being completely novice at both flower ordering, but especially funeral planning, we took the other florist shop's online ordering websites at their word. They all offered a large variety of different arrangements, of all colors, and promised to deliver within a few short hours... As we were ready to place an order, and I had a couple of questions, I called the other floral shops. The first one I called was extremely rude and impersonal, informing me that they just didn't have all of the flowers available to make what was on the website, and they could not make wreaths at all. The other place I called could do wreaths, but not sprays. I'm very easy going and am able to adjust fairly readily when need be so I asked a few more questions to see if we could even come close to anything we had planned on ordering online. It seemed unlikely, but I was still hopeful that we could do something nice as we were running low on time at this point. I then asked the first place I'd called about a small basket that I had hoped to order personally, for personal and sentimental reasons. I was informed that it too was unavailable, and also that it was a poor choice. When I explained that it had a sentimental attachment and that would be the reason it was chosen so I would still be interested, I was still argued with that it would be a poor choice. This was awfully upsetting because regardless the reasons it was thought to be a poor choice, it made me know that my heart in the very matter was of no concern whatsoever. It actually became heartbreaking to know that ordering from these people would be not only inconvenient for them, but that our hearts for my Mother, and ways that we personally may want to honor her would not even be considered, and very sadly, scoffed. Because of the sensitive nature of why we needed flowers, my heart was broken in thinking there was no personal option....that is until I called Hill's Valley Floral. Just on the phone before we got there, even with short notice, I felt welcomed and encouraged to come share our needs. When we got there, what actually happened, left all of us in tears. Without going into personal details about the shop owner, we knew that going there was Heaven sent. Her heart was so big, passionate, kind, and caring that we knew not only was she willing to accommodate us, but that her heart was happy to sacrifice for us as well. What began as a heartbreaking search that was completely impersonal to my family and my deceased Mother, turned into a Heaven sent blessing so personal and sacrificial that it actually honored and refelcted our love for my Mother AND the life that she lived. My Dad and I went from being so very discouraged moments before meeting Bonnie, to witnessing a Heaven sent miracle, crying with her knowing that she and her heart would represent my family's love for my Mom in such a beautiful way. Every ounce of our discouragement was washed away, and what we would have been satisfied with as being a respectable and pleasant business transaction, was eclipsed by an encounter completely filled with beauty, pure love, and much hope. Hill's Valley Floral is not only a perfect choice for quality and selection, but it is also a place where your heart will be honored and a beautiful heart will be present in making your request a creative and beautiful reality. That's not just good business, that's a blessing. ♡
