I ordered a funeral arrangement from this vendor. The arrangement looked so different from the photo of what I ordered that I didn't think it was delivered. When I called to voice my concern about this the man who answered my call told me I was wrong and he had proof it was delivered. I told him that no arrangement resembled what I ordered and he then proceeded to accuse me of lying and said "I thought you told me it never arrived." I finally asked for a manager who proceeded to tell me "in her defense"
she had to use a different flower for the most important part of the piece which made it look completely different. She reminded me of the disclaimer that they can use any flower they need to sub in. Here's my disclaimer- find another florist before dealing with these inconsiderate people.
