Always a good experience at Holod's True Value Garden Center. Their attention to personal service can't be beat. Help loading the car with your purchases is the best! Besides a hardware store, there is a large selection of well tended flowers, shrubs and trees.

They just did $715.42 damage to my car loading a rental, so the $$$ flowers I paid $796.14 for ended up costing $1,511.56!!! It had just been repainted from a deer accident, not an offer of a penny - they told me that I did it!!! Watch your wallets, and your driving vehicles! Like the way you have to give them one star, or you can't print your complaint!

Went to get a snow blower before a storm and the snow blower was $250 more than the other store for the same one. I asked the guy why he said because they marked it up because of the storm and soon we will be the only store with snow blowers. So now I'm pissed and I said so then your cheating people he goes no its just good business. NO I'm sorry but that's screwing people plus there prices are crazy. Home Depot and Lowe's are so much cheaper plus with plants you get 1 year warranty with lowes. I'll never buy there ever again. Stanley Hardware is so much better. Always willing to help.

Stop in tonight to purchase a Christmas tree. The sales man was showing us the difference between the two different kinds of trees, which was a good start. Pulled out a tree priced in the $80 price range without even asking us our budget, we told him it was too expensive, we're looking for a tree around the $35-$40 price range. He brought us to the back and pulled out two more trees and we decided on the one. Went in to pay, and my husband said it rang up to be $63 all said and done. My husband told them it was out of our price range that we told the sales man what we wanted to spend and still have us a tree too expensive. Since the tree was already wrapped up my husband still decided to purchase the tree but we will no longer shop at this true value.
