Drug addicts,not a safe place to live..if you like being an around crackwhores an those that manipulate you out of money,perfect place for you.we are leaving as soon as our place is available.do not move here!!! It's worst than anywhere I've ever lived,I have so many no trespassing an no contact order against people in this park,because there thieves,drug addicts an just crazy!!!the park stinks constantly because its across from the sewer watertreatment plant,and the lot rent goes up twice a year,for no reason at all!! lot rent is 406.00 amonth for a single wide as of 12-1-2017,and expected to go up soon.crack dealers walking up and down the streets all hours of the night.the pool closes anytime they want to close it and its a big bath tub full of dirty people that dont shower or bathe at home,i guess there trying to cut down a few dollars on there water bill,nasty!!!!!!!! this place is so discussing an nasty!!! management just dont do anything,they say its not there job an to call the police,and the police say tell management,see where this is going..... no where!!!!!!!!

It's alright for what you pay. The people who live here are mostly quiet. You do have some who cause a ruckus every now and again but for the most part there is no trouble here. Most are very nice wave when you drive by and don't cause any trouble. Can't say much about the pool since I'm not really a pool person. Have yet to go to the clubhouse and from what I've seen the shuffle board court is never used. Place is kept fairly well. Not much landscaping. Other than that it's not to bad.

It is a hell hole full of drunks and drug addicts. The manager doesn't care about the place just waiting to leave. The people fight in the streets all the time, cuss and scream. The Plant City Police do nothing to stop it. You would be insane to move here !
