Good cheap hotel. Prepare for very small rooms and noise (street and from other rooms), but you can stay there for close to $100 a night which is good for NYC. I stay here for the cost and a short walk to the train station. Many nearby resturants and bus routes if you need. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is ok, no negatives to report. Breakfast is simple with bread stuff and a pancake maker but sufficient. Actually, better than I would expect for the cost of the room.

The hotel although small was clean and compact The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Service excellent. Breakfast area was small but the breakfast was excellent. Overall a good place to stay. Very convenient and close to public transportation. My 10 days there was.great would definitely return

I booked a ahead of time online and when I get there , my room was given to someone else. Me and my husband were so upset, they gave us another room that we decided to settle for and as we are going up to our room, the receptionist tells us "oh and the lights might not work". We could not beleive it .

Room is ridiculously small, the door doesn't even open all the way because there's furniture in the way. Room smelled musty when we arrived but was ok after a few hours of having the AC on. Fine if staying there solo or literally only sleeping there.

Both my wife and myself dealt with our absolute worst Choice hotels experience ever. 5 days after our stay at this hotel, and we are STILL dealing with the BED BUG BITES that occurred during our 1 night stay. The bed bug bites are all over our body, and even on our faces. We complained to the receptionist during checkout but he laughed at our complaint and did nothing about it. We called ChoiceHotels customer care to complain and the only thing the agent would do was to let the hotel know about our complaint. The agent said the hotel would contact us back to deal with our complaint / issue, but they never did. We've had to visit a doctor to deal with the horrible symptoms we've been facing ever since we stayed at this horrible hotel. This was the first time we've ever experienced bed bug bites in our lives. WIFI was also terribly slow, and the AC was very noisy. This hotel should be shut down as it is unsafe for guests. STAY AWAY!!
