I rated this business right after I had my car serviced there, so not sure what happened to the rating. My car broke down when I was in AL visiting family and lucky for me, it was near Flores Auto and I made it to the parking lot before it stopped running. I felt comfortable right away and never once did I worry that they would be dishonest in their assessment of my car. This was over five years ago. My brother is having car problems now and my mom asked me if I could remember where we took my car because she knew it was an honest business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flores....they are honest,  knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to provide the absolute best service.  More than five years have passed and I just traded the car that they repaired.  I could have kept it for several more years, but wanted a mini SUV. Flores will give you an honest assessment of your vehicle and he won't over charge. He will provide top service if repairs are needed......without a doubt, this would be my 'go to' garage if I lived nearby.
