Michael Griffith provided OUTSTANDING service to my family and I when we had to repair the DVD screen on our family van, the day before taking a family trip.  He worked all day at the shop and then when the delivery man was later bringing the parts, offered to stay late until the job was completed!  I can not thank him enough for being willing to do that and my family is very grateful that we have the van in good condition to take on the family trip!

Cowboys auto service is a lifesaver for me.  My family was leaving town and the oil light came on and Michael was able to fit me in around my demanding schedule so that we could still take our trip.  Cowboys is very customer oriented and they do a GREAT job!!!

We brought in our vehicle to have the a/c system flushed, evacuated and recharged.  Left the vehicle with them before 9 am  they called me to pick it up right at 11am. The air works perfectly. Very nice,  professional, adept and knowledgeable people.  Very fair and reasonable pricing as well.  I would highly recommend this establishment and it's services and workmanship.

The details , you would NOT believe! I had very bad customer service experiences with the "MANAGEMENT " , several times. I will NEVER go back there for Anything and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Highly recommend Cowboys. Was traveling through eastern AL when my car broke down; clutch went out. They were able to get to it right away, and did a thorough job figuring out exactly what my car needed to get up and running. The cost wasn't too bad, but the best part, especially when traveling, is being confident in the job they did & knowing I'm not going to break down again another 100 miles down the road.
