Ive just inherited a slumlord in this company. Paid $3600 upfront for a unit that doesnt have a working refregerator or A/c unit....and four days later neither has been fixed or replaced. I wonder how they would feel if they & their family had to live wothout a functional refregerator or A/c unit?
REPLY TO MARCELLO: I received key to unit on Fri. 3/9. A/C repair & fridge replacement didn't happen until late Tues. 3/13...THAT'S HOW I GOT 4 DAYS!

You can forgot about your deposit.
I paint walls before give their apt. Back
But they took my deposit and wrote that they have to paint walls for 300$ .isn't it looks funny?
After i send 3 letters nobody respond back.
And only after 1 month, they told me that my letters doesn't count because already late, and customer spend my money. Better to spend more time and find better real estate company, specially in FL.

Do not use. 

They're not helpful. Very slow getting back to you when something goes wrong. They lack simple communication. They never have a straight answer for you. 
When we moved in two years ago, they didn't explain the lease or ask us if we had any questions about it. 
Now that we've moved out they want to charge us for normal wear and tear. They want us to paint the house with fresh paint, they didn't even put fresh paint on the walls when we moved in.
To me it appears to be a way to keep more of a working man's money.
Last summer our A/C broke, they wouldn't pay for us to stay in a hotel and it took six days to get the A/C fixed.
Very unprofessional, Realtor gave us the lockbox code over the phone. Come to find out that's breaking and entering. The yard when we moved in was a disaster and the garbage hadn't been taken of in weeks. When we asked them to mow the lawn they said it was our responsibility and we hadn't even signed the lease yet. After move in we gave the realtor a list of things that needed to be fixed. The toilet ran continuously, two years later the toilet still ran. Holding deposit due to house not having fresh paint, the house didn't have fresh paint we moved in. At the final walk through the gentleman said he'd never seen a house look so good after two years and they still want to keep my security deposit.

Very unprofessional. My agent showed me the property that I now live in and had me sitting at the gate for 30 minute because she didn't have a code for the gate. She got in because someone let her in and told me "someone will help". NO ONE HELPED! I had to ask a moving company van that was leaving for a service code to get in. Now I have moved into my unit, I was very impressed with the clean up but the painters painted over the peep hole on door, the wall outlets and the cable outlet. I had to chip away at the paint to use the outlets.  My roof has been leaking for days due to the rain, called the emergency line and no one ever answers and they never return any phone calls or emails. Finally called the main business line and spoke to someone who requested that I leave work early to meet them at my home for maintenance and no one ever showed up! No one even called to follow up. I have had the absolute worst experience. My ceiling is now black from all the water and my bedroom door is swollen due to water coming from the walls.
