Brett was accommodating and cordial. He was extremely transparent and helped me to secure a property that would suit my needs without letting the property management team take me to the cleaners. This was our first home purchase and Brett made the whole process completely seamless.  As our Realtor, he was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. One of Brett's best qualities is his persistence and work ethic. He really went the extra mile, making an offer on a home while he was on vacation, and staying on top of every little detail throughout the process. On top of all that, Brett is incredibly personable, honest stand up guy. He not only has our business for life, but we also consider him a friend. Brett made selling my house very easy and painless. Was on the market LESS THAN A WEEK! Explained the process every step of the way and made sure we closed on time. Looking forward to working with him again in the future!

We could not have asked for anyone better than Brett to help us with the purchase of our first home. Brett made the process seem easy, despite nightmare closing stories that we have heard from our friends and family. Exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and emails right away or calling us back very quickly. The entire process, from putting the house under contract to closing, was smooth and painless. We will definitely be working with Brett in the near future.

I rented a property from VIP Real Estate Brokers and found Mark to be disreputable and dishonest. I regret renting from them and would avoid doing so again in the future.

*Edited to respond to the owner's response: As of 2017, Mark is not retired from renting properties and continues to rent properties under the company name of VIP Real Estate Brokers. This review reflects recent dealings with him and is intended to warn those who are considering renting property from him via VIP Real Estate Brokers. From my personal experience, I would advise against it.

The fact that you are being untruthful in your response is further evidence that you are disreputable and dishonest.
