I have been banking with FCB since it was in the old Winn Dixie.  I am always pleased with the service that I receive at this branch!  They are always polite and personal and I can always get through to someone on the phone without having to "press" a million numbers.

Everytime I have gone to this location, the bank tellers roll their eyes and scoff at me. It's one thing not to smile, it's another to make a customer feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I would be fired on the spot for treating a customer this way. Definitely taking my money elsewhere.
